What is Qi?

Qi is the vital energy that flows through our bodies. It is responsible for motivating circulation, defending the body against disease, fight illness and maintaining the balance of our spirit, mind and emotions.

A variety of factors can weaken, damage or disturb the movement of qi. When this occurs, disease will follow and symptoms will arise. A practitioner therefore concentrates on harmonising the flow of qi to restore health and prevent illness.
